SINGals Paradox
SINGals Paradox is a candid conversation series exploring the realities and contradictions of modern dating, relationships and singlehood. Created for women who want more honest and nuanced conversations, the programme provides a supportive space to discuss questions that are often difficult to explore through conventional dating events.
The inaugural event centred on five Paradox Circles: Dating Burnout, the Expectations Dilemma, Fear of Commitment, Emotional Availability and the Self-Sufficiency Paradox. Participants selected the conversation most relevant to them and joined facilitated small-group discussions before a fireside chat on dating, relationships and modern love. The format prioritised reflection and meaningful dialogue rather than matchmaking or prescriptive advice.
More than 100 women attended the inaugural SINGals Paradox led by our committee member, Feihong Chen, at Pan Pacific Singapore in August 2026. The event welcomed Ms Rahayu Mahzam, Minister of State for Digital Development and Information and Health, as Guest of Honour, with psychotherapist and executive coach Qi Zhai-McCartney moderating the fireside chat. Supported by Coffee Meets Bagel and a team of community facilitators and volunteers, the evening concluded with the memorable reminder: “You are enough.”
RW Coaching Circle
RW Coaching Circle is a community-led coaching programme supporting women who are navigating transitions, seeking clarity or working towards personal and professional growth. It recognises that women do not always need more advice; sometimes, they need a confidential and supportive space to reflect and find their own way forward.
Participants are matched with experienced coaches for a four-month guided journey. The inaugural cohort included four 50-minute one-to-one coaching sessions, available virtually or in person, followed by an in-person Gratitude Gathering. Participants could explore areas such as confidence, career direction, relationships, leadership, identity and life transitions based on their individual needs.
The first RW Coaching Circle was created and organised by our committee Feihong Chen, from July to October 2026 with a team of five coaches: Aree Fooyontphanich, Ivy Li, Jolene Ang, Feihong Chen and Leah Lo. By making multiple coaching sessions available for a community contribution of S$100, the programme lowered the barriers to accessing sustained, professional support while cultivating a culture in which women actively invest in one another’s growth.

RW Wellness
To encourage Remarkable Women members to become more aware of their wellbeing and take greater ownership of their health, we introduced a series of wellness initiatives focused on women’s health, preventive care and practical ways to build healthier lives.
Our approach goes beyond raising awareness. We create accessible spaces where women can learn from healthcare professionals and one another, ask questions openly, reflect on their own wellbeing, and leave with practical steps they can incorporate into their everyday lives.
In 2025, we organised the W/W Peer Series: Health Hacks, which brought together ten speakers from within our community to share practical health tips, professional insights and personal reflections. Through peer-led conversations, participants explored how everyday habits can affect their physical health, energy and emotional wellbeing, while learning practical approaches to managing stress and making healthier choices.
Building on this, we launched Your Wellness Reset in June 2026 at Alpha Vitality. The inaugural session brought women together with three speakers, Winnie Kok, Snigdha Nahar and Gow Huiyan, with a shared goal: to live more healthily and intentionally.
Your Wellness Reset was designed in response to an experience familiar to many women—juggling the demands of work, family and caring for others while consistently placing their own wellbeing further down the priority list. The interactive programme encourages women to better understand their bodies, recognise their health needs, reclaim their energy and develop healthier, more sustainable habits.
Topics included health screenings and preventive care, movement and physical wellbeing, rest and recovery, stress management, and building sustainable routines. By combining expert knowledge with practical discussion and community support, the programme aims to make taking charge of one’s health feel achievable rather than overwhelming.
Remarkable Day
Remarkable Day is the annual flagship conference of Remarkable Women, held to celebrate the community’s founding and bring together women across technology, business, entrepreneurship and leadership. It is an inclusive gathering where women can connect, hear authentic stories and reflect on their personal and professional journeys.
Each edition is built around a meaningful theme and features keynote conversations, fireside chats, peer storytelling, networking and guided reflection. Remarkable Day 2026, themed “Rewriting the Narrative”, explored how women can redefine success, navigate change and shape their lives on their own terms. Speakers included Corinna Lim, Senior Advisor and former Executive Director of AWARE, alongside six community members featured through the W/W Peer Session.
Remarkable Day has grown from more than 120 participants in 2025 to over 160 participants in 2026. The 2026 edition was held at Punggol Digital District with JTC Corporation as venue partner and support from organisations including Alpha Vitality and Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia & India. It brought together female entrepreneurs, professionals, community leaders and partners, while sponsorship support enabled more women, including those facing financial constraints, to participate.

Remarkable Christmas
Remarkable Christmas is RW’s annual year-end gathering and one of the community’s most anticipated social events. It offers members a chance to celebrate the year, welcome newcomers and appreciate the friendships, stories and experiences that have shaped the community.
The gathering combines a shared meal with games, a gift exchange, lucky draws and moments of reflection and gratitude. While festive and light-hearted, it also creates an important point of connection for women who may be attending RW for the first time and gives existing members an opportunity to deepen the relationships developed throughout the year.
We thank our long time sponsor, Singapore Global Network and our community partners and sponsors including SummerWine and Avery Chocolatier for making our christmas celebrations possible. The programme has become an annual celebration of fellowship, generosity and women supporting women.
